For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
Opened or used beauty and skincare products
Products damaged through misuse
Items marked as final sale

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item (if a return is required), we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method through PayFast.
